The Blue Apartments sit directly on Sant Antoni's seafront promenade, offering bay views over the marina. A 2-minute walk reaches Arenal Beach, while the Passeig de ses Fonts - lined with bars, cafés, and street performers - is right next door. The San Antonio bus station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct connections to Ibiza Airport (€4 per person).

Each studio has a private balcony with seating, and a kitchenette equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, stovetop, and fridge. The living area includes sleeping space, a private bathroom with bathtub or shower, and the option to rent a safety deposit box. Guests on higher floors enjoy unobstructed views of the bay and the fountain square below.

Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, and cleaning with towel change occurs every 3 days. A 24-hour reception is staffed at The Red Hotel directly opposite the apartments (except between 14October and 2November when procedures become online-only). On-site facilities include an ATM/cash machine, minimarket, bicycle rental, and car hire.

The property is strictly adults-only, with non-smoking rooms, key card access, and 24-hour security with CCTV in common areas. Guests can use the lift, and the building has air conditioning and heating. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 12:00; a Balearic Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per day is payable.

From 14October to 2November, there is no physical reception; all check-in, check-out, and payments are handled online. Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 09:30-13:00, by phone or email. No luggage storage service is offered during this period.
